Ellie Anthony isn’t looking for love. She isn’t even looking for a man, but when Jax Mayson insists on keeping her and her daughter safe, she’s left with no choice but to trust him. Now she just hopes she doesn’t get hurt when she falls hard for a guy who’s known for breaking hearts.
Jax Mayson knows that Ellie is his BOOM the moment he sees her. When he finds out she has a daughter, he realizes he wants a family, and he will do whatever is necessary to keep both of his girls safe, even if that means facing the demons from his past.

what i think

I find a lot of comfort in authors books that I know will always be what I expect. Perhaps its my OCD (I need to know what to expect); maybe its just that I know what I like. Either way, Aurora Rose Reynolds books fit the bill for me. Until Jax gives you the hot alpha male you need, just enough drama to keep you on your toes, and the HEA we all want.

Until Jax gives us the story of Jax (Cash and Lilly’s son from Until Lilly) and Ellie. Ellie is raising her brother’s daughter, Hope, after her brother died in a car crash. We first meet Ellie in Until July. She was kidnapped and sold to be a sex slave. She is rescued and Jax finds his boom! Jax is super swoon worthy as all her heroes are. I loved that he turned to his mom for advice. I seriously can’t think of too many things hotter than I guy who will ask his mom for advice about a woman! The love between Jax and Hope is panty melting too. Ellie is a good heroine-she is a bit damaged from all she has been through, but she is trying to move forward, willing to accept help and support, and be honest about her struggles. I can appreciate a heroine who makes a mistake, then later explains herself. She knows she acted irrationally and communicates her feelings. Do you know how many issues are cut off at the pass by communication?!? If only all book characters employed this strategy!

If you want a hot alpha, hot sex, interesting plot, an adorable 4 year old, and 2 cute puppies grab Until Jax and enjoy! Also, the cover is CRAZY HOT. Seriously. Just look at it.

NEW YORK TIMES WALL STREET JOURNAL AND USA TODAY BESTSELLING AUTHOR Aurora Rose Reynolds started writing so that the over the top alpha men that lived in her head would leave her alone. When she’s not writing or reading she spends her days with her very own real life alpha who loves her as much as the men in her books love their women and their Great Dane Blue that always keeps her on her toes.
