Sweet Rivalry is a bit of a spin off of Sweet Cheeks, but you don’t have to have read Sweet Cheeks in order to enjoy Ryder and Harper’s story. These two characters give us a perfect enemies to loves story that you can’t help but enjoy! Both Ryder and Harper are smart, hard working, and driven. They are both competing for the same construction bid along with several other men. Harper is the only female and she is used to that. She has just arrived in LA, escaping shame in New York for sleeping with a client (before she knew he was a client!) and really needs to win this bid in order to salvage her career and reputation.

Ryder and Harper went to college together and were hyper competitive even then. Harper came out on top then; but college ended and they went their separate ways. Reunited 13 years later for this contract, they still feel that same attraction! The attraction is hot and steamy, and their competition is full of witty banter.

If you want a short read with dynamic, intelligent characters and hot sex, Sweet Rivalry is a great pick!
