Tabitha is destined to marry a king and unite her powerful family with another. But she’s never been one to do what she’s told, and she’s decided to make her own destiny.
Vlad has devoted his life to guarding his king and never thought about taking a wife. But all bets are off when a sassy, dark-haired princess appears.
These two are hot and fast, but when Tabby’s parents step in, things get messy. Can they forgo tradition and make their own way, or will the divide break them?
Warning: Okay, okay…stop asking. They get their story. Happy now?
Each book in The Princess series is standalone & about a different couple.

Quickie review! Because, first, this is Alexa Riley and you know there is an HEA. Second, this book is rather quick, even for AR. You are aware of parts of Vlad and Tabitha’s story from His Princess (Roman and Alana’s story). Tabitha is Alana’s sister who falls for Vlad, Roman’s bodyguard. But, she is a princess too, and expected to be bartered off in order to help her family’s prestige. Vlad pretty much makes that impossible by claiming Tabitha and  getting Roman to issue a royal decree. It was good to get their full story, but it is very short. Overall though, if you have enjoyed this series you will enjoy Vlad and Tabitha!

  1. I haven’t read any book by this author, which is insane since she is like anywhere. Many seem to love her books. 😀
Btw, I see. A short book is hard to review sometimes. It feels too rushed that leaves me wanting more at times. KA’s Rock Chick Reawakening was the only novella that I enjoyed.
