This Week’s Book Haul:

Non-Bookish News:

Merry Christmas!!! I hope you all have a wonderful holiday! I went to my parents on Christmas eve this year so today I can just chill at home and enjoy the day. Its actually unseasonably warm (its suppose to be in the 50’s today and 60’s tomorrow!).

I am finally on Christmas break! 2 weeks off is such a welcome break. Things have been so stressful at work that I really needed some time to step away. So, I plan to spend time in my pajamas with my books! Hopefully 2017 will bring peace!

The dogs haven’t gotten into anything this week so YAY! Its a good thing they are cute. I am enjoying my time home with them. We play lots of fetch and take some naps. Its a hard knock life!

So, whats new with you this week? Did you read any of the same books I did? Did you find any great book deals I need to grab ASAP? Let me know in the comments!

  1. Yay for time off with the pups. Speaking of animals getting into things, we spent a lot of money on toys for our cat. You would think the yorkie would be the issue, but no, the cat is the one tearing up the house. He doesn’t let anyone sleep either because he attacks feet at night. I hope you enjoy your time off, you deserve a break. Have a great week!

  2. I’m glad you have some time off to get ready for the new year! The end of the school stuff sounded so stressful in the past weeks, staying in your pajamas reading books seems like the only thing to do now 😉
Your new books look great! Especially the Katie Reus one – I look forward to seeing what you think of it later.
Have a wonderful vacation and happy reading!!

  3. Glad you had a good visit with your folks and a nice Christmas. It does help to have cute dogs esp when they misbehave.
You are a voracious reader! ANd you read several authors I enjoy like Grace Burrowes and Piper Drake.
I hope you have a safe and Happy New Year.
    Happy Reading!
