Happy Memorial Day to my US readers. Stay safe and take a moment to honor those who have given their lives in service to the United States.

School is out for summer! Woohoo! I finished my professional development days and am now just catching up on sleep and binge watching Criminal Minds (again). I have 3 weeks until my grad school classes start, then it will be non stop for a year. I have 4 classes each quarter plus a practicum. So teaching full time, and taking 18 credit hours of school psychology courses might be the death of me. But, I want to get it done so I can move on to my new profession.

I had a great experience with disability services at Eastern Washington University. They were so helpful and put together a great plan to help me have access to everything I might need (getting everything captioned, providing mics for professors for my zoom lectures, etc.

This week I am hoping to get some reading done! I haven’t really been reading much at all lately. I also need to clean, which means I will get through some audiobooks! Audiobooks are the only thing keeping my goodreads challenge going! I’m still binging the In Death series and I just love every single book.

So, whats new with you this week? Did you read any of the same books I did? Did you find any great book deals I need to grab ASAP? Let me know in the comments!

  1. So excited for you with school! I know it will be a lot to juggle, but will be so worth it when you reach your goal. Which is school counselor I’m guessing?

And so glad they were able to set up all your services easily. That’s fantastic.

OMG I love the In Death series. Is this your first time reading?

Have a great week and enjoy your time off!!

  2. I am so happy that you are finally on holiday or at least out of school! And that’s amazing what the university does to help you! Also audiobooks helped with my challeneg too!
