We made it another week! This week, we had no doggie escapes and I am thrilled. Hopefully we have everything secured again. Thursday was our 2nd night of parent teacher conferences. It was fine.
Ranger, our overweight pup, started his diet this week and he is not happy. In protest, he ATE MY CHAIR. Yep, he ate the cushion to my chair in the living room while I was in the shower. Saturday, he was really sick (either from the chair or the other non food items he attempted this week)-vomiting, diarrhea-so he is pretty miserable. I’m hoping he feels better soon.
Calleigh, our geriatric hound mix, got her first arthritis shot. Honestly, I do think it is helping. It isn’t a miracle cure, but she seems to be moving a bit easier. Getting up is still hard for her, but her ability to walk around seems improved. She even has a bit of speed back.

Wow a big haul and some holiday picks. I’m glad the escapes were halted. We keep Lulu in her approved weight but it’s hard not to spoil her.
Well, Ranger showed you. Oh, no. Hope the diet is going better. I identify so much with Calleigh. We both need our shots to move. I love all those shorts the romance authors have been doing. I need to check out the ones you have up there.

A week without doggy escapes is good. I’m sorry but I’m laughing over Ranger’s reaction to the diet. I feel his pain. I have to start one for my cholesterol and am not thrilled. The couch cushion might be an improvement for me as well.
The Amazon Original Series has good covers, makes me want to pick them up.
