The Revenge is finally here!!! If you haven’t read The Insiders and The Damaged, you have to do that first, so don’t read any further here.
Kash and Bailey have a super secure relationship now, and I love that because I wasn’t worrying about the “will they won’t they” type of back and forth. It’s a good thing because this book is packed with drama! I was totally sucked in from the beginning (I mean, I have been dying for this book, but it still sucked me in fast). I love the way Tijan creates her characters. She always manages to create characters that I connect with deeply and care about. The trilogy blends a new adult story with events that most new adults are not dealing with! In that sense, these kids feel older. Sometimes I had to remind myself they weren’t in their late 20’s! Tijan always puts her characters through so much!
This series will be a reread for me. I am actually thinking of maybe listening to it via audio. The Revenge really delivered a phenomenal ending to this trilogy and I cannot recommend it enough!
