Its October! That means there are only 3 months left in 2018. How can that be? That also means its time for me to think about the books that are upcoming releases before the end of the year. Here are my most anticipated 2018 releases:
Queen of Air and Darkness by Cassandra Clare
I feel like I have been waiting on this book forever! After crushing blow that was the end of Lord of Shadows, I am excited and scared as hell for this book.
Tiger’s Claim by Celia Kyle
Yall know I love a good fated mate! I enjoyed book 1 in this series and am excited for more!
Archangel’s Prophecy by Nalini Singh
More Elena and Raphael! Hells Yeah!
Rescuing Mary by Susan Stoker
Another book I have been waiting for! Stoker has been tip toeing around Truck and Mary for at least a year now and I am excited to finally get their story!
All of these books are part of a series. I find I tend to be more excited for series releases because the story needs to be told! The author has been leading you to the next book and that really hypes up the anticipation! While Rescuing Mary and Tiger’s Claim are stand alones within the interconnected series, that interconnected-ness really helps. When you look at your anticipated releases do they tend to be part of a series? Do they tend to just be any release by your favorite author? Do you preorder or wait until release day? I will admit-I have all of these preordered (and for Queen of Air and Darkness I have the book and the audiobook preordered!)
What books are your most anticipated 2018 releases?

Yep there are some great releases still to come out for the year. Shades of Wicked by Frost, Between a Highlander and a Hard Place by Mary Wine, and Leopard’s Run by Feehan.
The ones I am most excited about for the rest of the year are Diamond Fire by Ilona Andrews, , Fury by RAchel Vincent, The Shadows We Hide by Allen Eskens, Fatal Identity by Marie Force and Mortal Word by Genevieve Cogman. I’m sure I’ve forgotten some but that’s what I can think of for mow. Anne – Books of My Heart
Oh great picks. I’m excited for Archangel’s Prophecy by Nalini Singh. I’m with you and I tend to pick up series books. They just have something extra in them. ^_^
