This Week’s Book Haul:
Non-Bookish News:
Between wrapping up the last week of school (except for exams and graduation) and getting ready for the mission trip to Jamaica, my brain is fried. By Friday, I was a zombie.
GDPR. Ugh. I’m over it and again, zombie brain, so yeah. Ugh.
For everyone in the USA, I hope you have a wonderful Memorial day. My family has a long line of military veterans and I am so grateful they served. My best friend served as well. Its amazing that there are so many people willing to risk their lives for others and I am humbled by their decision. To those who have lost a loved one in the military, I am so sorry for your loss and so thankful for your loved one’s service and sacrifice.
So, whats new with you this week? Did you read any of the same books I did? Did you find any great book deals I need to grab ASAP? Let me know in the comments!
Hoep you get some rest and recharge. Your week sounds so busy! Enjoy the rest of the Momiral Day weekend.
Wow, I can’t type. Enjoy your Memorial Say weekend.
I love that picture you posted (tweet?) about GDPR. This thing was finalized in 2016, but it seems like everyone waited until the very last minute to do something. Hope the rest of the school year goes smoothly.
I hope you get some rest this weekend sounds like you’ve been busy. Gdpr makes my head hurt. Love that tweet LOL. Hope you have a great Memorial day and week ahead!
Well done on writing so many reviews! I loved Suzan Tisdale’s video. I’m also over GDPR, what a headache!
I hope you get some rest before the Mission Trip. The video you shared by Suzan Tisdale is great. This whole Cocky thing is just to crazy. I never heard of the author until she did this. It’s great so many want to help support all the other authors who have used the word Cocky in their title. I love your book haul. I hope you enjoy. Ocean Light is good, but it is a change from what we have come to know about the world where things just happen and are go go go. This one is a little slower at least it was for me. Have a great week and Happy Reading!
Yes, the entire #Cockygate thing is NUTS. I can’t believe she is still fighting it. That she is attempting to sue people now is CRAZY! I mean, to sue a publicist. And to sue a lawyer who filed the request to cancel her TM. just crazy!
I hope you’re able to get some rest. Good luck with the trip. I’m also over GDPR. I’ve gotten so many emails! I don’t want them! Everybody, please stop sending me emails!
Lol about GDPR. I think I dreamed about it last night (let me clarify that- it was a nightmare)? SO over it. That graphic cracked me up…
That video= :):):)
Happy Memorial Day!!
Between GDPR and Cockygate, it’s no wonder we are tired and need a relaxing weekend. I like so many of the books you read. I also read and reviewed Fightiing for Everything by Laura Kaye. I want to get into the Nalini Singh books. I’ve only managed one. I like Katie Reus and Lauren Layne but haven’t read those titles. Have a great weekend and enjoy your books! Anne – Books of My Heart
