A fighter ready to give up the gloves.
A woman ready to take on the world.
Grayson Green's an MMA champion who's spent years in the limelight where fast times and fast women were easy to come by. The appeal is gone and he steps out of the ring to make some changes and get control of his life. All the training in the world can't save him from the one-two punch of meeting Emory. She's different. She has no idea who he is...and she wants him anyway. When someone from his past is prepared to take him down... and Emory along with him, he'll do anything to fight for her...
Warning! This book has a super protective, super hot alpha male who will stop at nothing to protect his girl.
This book was previously published under the title Naked Choke. Besides a new cover and title, new scenes have been added.
Fight for Her combines so many things I like: MMA fighters, suspense, likable characters. Emory describes herself exactly like I describe myself:
God I was such an introvert! I hated big crowds, new people, loud noises. I wasn’t a party person.
Emory is a 38 year old divorcee with an 18 year old son. Gray is a hot, MMA fighter. On the face, they have nothing in common. Gray comes after Emory with all he’s got. This really is your classic tale of insecure girl meets total hottie and love ensues. The story is okay, but it wasn’t anything really original. It felt like a story I had read before. Thats not necessarily a bad thing because I like this type of story. But, overall, it was a good, quick, predictable read. If you like your heroes to be big, bad, alpha MMA fighters, and your heroines to be smart, awkward women, you will enjoy Fight for Her!

Raw Deal by Cherrie Lynn, Becoming a Legend by Sarah Robinson, Anchor by Nicole Blanchard…then you will probably like Fight for Her!
Sorry, this one didn’t work either. 🙁 I love MMA Fighters. This sounds something that could have been amazing. Oh yeah, I can relate to the heroine too! 😀
btw, I love the cover, though. 😉
