The employees of Bad Boy Inc. are gathering for a celebration. The bride sported the latest in bullet proof corsets. The groom wore a gun. The guests came armed for action. But the cake blew up before they could eat it. As for the honeymoon, it’s going to be a mad chase across the globe dodging bullets and bombs to find the culprit who wants them all dead.
Once upon a time, Darren fell for a woman while in the world’s most romantic city. In full view of the Eiffel tower he had his heart torn from his chest and stomped on.
Time for revenge. Francesca played Darren for a fool, but he won’t let it happen again. Now that he’s found her, she’s going to pay for her actions. Problem is she’s getting under his skin. Rubbing against his skin. Making him remember those Paris days and hotter nights.
Before he can decide if he’s crazy enough to fall in love with her again, everything explodes after the wedding.
Hitman Wedding combines a touch of second chance romance with a wallop of hate to love and sprinkles in some sexual tension!
Darren and Marina come crashing back together. Marina is now a bodyguard who will also be an assassin for the right price. Darren is determined to figure Marina out and make her pay for disappearing after using him. There is plenty of action (both in and out of the bedroom!) to keep you engaged and the banter between these two is strong. They are both alphas so they frequently bump heads!
I will say that it would be helpful if you had at least read book 2 prior to Hitman Wedding. Book 1 is still my favorite. These books all have that signature Langlais humor and sexiness so reading the previous books is enjoyable!
Also, I will say that while I didn’t listen to the audiobook of Hitman Wedding, I have listened to books 1 and 2 and can say they are great audios if you are an audiophile!
authors like Celia Kyle, Ruby Dixon, Milly Taiden…then you will probably like Hitman Wedding!
I have heard great things about this series, and I have no idea how I missed it. And I always love those hitman romances.
I like it. 🙂
