Non-Bookish News:
Its finally here!!!! Friday started my Easter break so I am off work all this week. Sadly, I still have work to complete (because a teachers job is never done!) but at least I can do it in my PJ’s from my couch! I am hoping to get a little packing done as well; however, we have made no progress on finding a house so I am feeling pretty down about even starting to pack things up.
I have been super obsessed with true crime podcasts lately. I totally love them! My commute to work is about 20 minutes so I can usually get through 1 podcast per day. So, if you know of any great true crime podcasts, let me know! (I already listen to Serial, Undisclosed, Sword and Scale, and Crime Writers On…)
So, whats new with you this week? Did you read any of the same books I did? Did you find any great book deals I need to grab ASAP? Let me know in the comments!
I hope you get some time to read and relax during your Easter break. I also hope you find a new home soon, house hunting it hard work and can be so disheartening but you will find the right place in time.
Hereβs my Weekly Wrap-Up/Sunday Post:

Thanks! I have already gotten to relax quite a bit this weekend so its nice! House hunting is totally disheartening at times! Buying our first house years ago was so easy we had no idea that wasn’t normal! Sigh. But, what can you do?! Thanks for stopping by!
I’m excited about spring too! π Even though we had snow last week π You are right about teachers job is never done! that’s why I LOOOOVE teachers. They are the best people on the planet π Hope you get to relaxed some and get some packing done. And enjoy your true crime podcasts!
Awww thanks for loving teachers! I think I would cry if it snowed. I love snow, but my allergies are going nuts with the back and forth crazy weather!
You got a lot read this past week! I bought my first Jill Shalvis book this week, hoping I enjoy it. You can check out my Sunday Post in the link below.
For some reason my post didn’t show up in my comment, so check it out below this one!

Oh my gosh, Shemar Moore leaving Criminal Minds was :(((( I cried so hard! I can’t wait to read Walk the Edge!!
Right?!?! How am I gonna get my “Baby Girl” fix?!?! Ugh!!
So many releases! I love the cover to Walk the Edge!
Yay for working in PJs! That’s the best!
AND OH MY GOSH THOSE SOCKS – I need them in my life!!!
Thanks for sharing! Always nice to see what you;ve been up to – whether bookish or not π
Right? Those socks are the bomb!!! I love the cover for Walk the Edge too. I tend to always find Katie McGarry’s covers really eye catching!
A teacher’s work IS never done! I know that well! I hope you relax and had a great Easter!
Thank you!!
Haven’t heard of any of these except The Winners series, which I’m hoping to start soon because I’ve had the first book on my shelf forever. I really hope you enjoy all these books and have a great week π I’m really interested in true crime too! I should probably check out some of those podcasts. Also, I was devastated about the Criminal Minds news π
I have Book 1 of the Winner’s series on my kindle and haven’t read it yet either! You should check out those podcasts. Especially season 1 of Serial. So good!
Yay Easter break! Work isn’t so bad when you get to do it in your pajamas. The sleeping in part is also great π Good luck with your continuing house hunt, and have some great week π
Yes, working is always better in jammies! Thanks!
At least Ohio gets their Spring break correct!! Michigan’s spring break isn’t until NEXT week!!! How dumb is that?!?!?! Don’t work too hard, girlie!!!
Silly Michigan π I teach at a Catholic school so our spring break is always the week after Easter.
