Tomorrow is my 18th wedding anniversary! We aren’t doing anything too special. My husband got me a pretty ring with both our birthstones in it. I got him a new motorcycle (he got a new motorcycle and I told him it counts as his anniversary present)!
We had some state testing this week. It was a disaster. The students weren’t all uploaded into the system, so testing was delayed for more than an hour! The kids were a mess. They had to sit there waiting with nothing else to do for over an hour. NIGHTMARE!
Friday my husband and I had lunch with my dad. It was nice! I had to help with some computer stuff. Speaking of computer stuff, I ordered a new Macbook Pro! Sadly, I customized it because I need more memory (I multitask a lot) so it hasn’t even shipped yet and its been 2 weeks. My husband wants my current computer (Macbook air) to use as his work computer, so he is getting impatient too!

Happy anniversary! The ring sounds like a really nice simple gift and I smiled when you said you got your husband a new bike when really he was getting that regardless. To be fair, gifts for men anyway seems so much more difficult. How frustrating your new computer still hasn’t been shipped, hopefully it won’t be too much longer.

Oh, a new Karin Slaughter. I may or may not read her anymore due to her increasing graphic violence but I’ll certainly check into it further.
