I have nothing scheduled!

eARCs thanks to the authors and publishers:

We are getting closer to winter break and everyone is feeling it. Next week is nothing but craziness every day, so its all about just holding on until Friday.
I have a bad cold. My ears are super clogged (not uncommon for me) and it is giving me terrible vertigo. I really hate vertigo. I’m hoping that consistently taking sudafed and mucinex will help clear it all up. I slept a lot on Saturday. I didn’t want to get up and move because of the vertigo, so napping was the other option.
I have to send my hearing aid in for repair. This is tricky because I can’t be without my hearing aid unless I am not planning to go anywhere. I certainly couldn’t do my job without my hearing aids. So, I’m hoping Starkey isn’t closed for long for the holidays so I can send it in and get it back before I go back to work on the 6th! So, wish me luck! The right aid won’t hold a charge for long. I can get about 9 hours before the battery dies and it has to go back on the charger. That just barely gets me through my work day, so if I have anything before/after work, I have to find some time to charge the aid. Very annoying!
So, whats new with you this week? Did you read any of the same books I did? Did you find any great book deals I need to grab ASAP? Let me know in the comments!

So sorry to hear you have a cold. And I hope you can get your aid fixed quickly. Wishing you a pleasant holiday break which is coming up quickly.
I hate vertigo! Although I learned the hard way that I have to keep moving even when I have it. The one time I tried to lay around and wait for it to go away, it just got worse and I ended up in the ER. The last week is finals at my school, and I’ve got a teacher that wants me to come in and do a research lesson for her students on Monday, so that should be crazy! I hope you are getting to feeling better and will be able to make it through this week easy!
I truly hope you’ll get your earing aid back on time Samantha!
I hope this week goes quickly and smoothly for you and that you feel better.
Oh Lord is there anything worse than vertigo??? Luckily mine seems to be “cured” by holding my nose and blowing to pop my ears. I know there are various causes and cures for it and what works for me will not work for someone else. I hate vertigo!!!
Fingers crossed re the hearing aid!
Hope you feel better and good luck with the hearing aids as well..
I hope you feel better, too, and get your hearing aid fixed! Have a wonderful week, Sam!
