Welcome to this week’s Sunday Post. This feature is brought to you by The Caffeinated Book Reviewer, so swing by after you are done here and get the full list of participants!

  •   Honestly, who knows. I’m too sick to know if I will feel up to posting

I’m so excited for this!

I got several physical books, but I’m too sick to get out of bed and see which ones I got!

My husband had the flu last week. Saturday morning I woke up sick as a dog. So, looks like I will be spending my holiday break dealing with this. Not what I had planned, but what can you do?

We survived the last week of school before break. We were in a level 1 lockdown on Friday due to the dumb tiktok thing. That meant that doors had to stay locked and kids were only allowed in the halls during class changes. My co-teacher was out that day as well. But, it went well, honestly.

So, whats new with you this week? Did you read any of the same books I did? Did you find any great book deals I need to grab ASAP? Let me know in the comments!

  1. I’m sorry you are sick Samantha. I know I used to get sick on break just the let down of all the exhaustion and somehow feeling able to just stay in bed. I’m glad the last week wasn’t as bad as expected. I hope you are much better be the end of the week and are able to enjoy your break more.

  2. Oh no, I’m so sorry you’ve ended up sick over Christmas break. How miserable. At least you have all the time to veg and nap and read.
I haven’t seen a movie at the theater in several years (I’m just not a big movie person) but ever since I saw the trailer for The Lost City I’m so excited to see it!
