We had conferences on Thursday night so it was a late night. Friday morning I had a terrible headache so I went in late. I would have stayed home, but I have so many meetings every day I can’t! Thankfully I was feeling better by the afternoon and went in for my afternoon meeting.
This week is the National Association of School Psychologist conference. I am attending virtually. I LOVE these kinds of conferences. I went to one when I was just a science teacher. It totally rejuvenates you and your passion. This year, the conference is in New Orleans. I have been to NOLA before (for the science teacher conference), so I opted for virtual. I’m hoping to go in person next year though! Next year it is in Seattle.
I didn’t do a whole lot of reading this week. I didn’t have as much work to do at home, but I just wasn’t feeling it I guess. I read at night, and I have been so tired.
So, whats new with you this week? Did you read any of the same books I did? Did you find any great book deals I need to grab ASAP? Let me know in the comments!
I hope you enjoy the conference and that it gets you fired up. 🙂 Is it just one day or the full week? Those rattan paper plate holders made me laugh. I think all our mom’s had those, right? lol
Yay for attending virtually! I loved Bride, too, as you know! Jealous you got the audio of Simone St. James Murder Road! I love her spooky stories! Have a wonderful week! 🙂
I have a bunch of those paper plate holders, handed down from my mum a few decades a go 🙂
Enjoy the conference
Wishing you a happy reading week
I hope you have fun with the virtual conference. I listened to the Lucinda Berry book and thought it was amazing.
Anne – Books of My Heart This is my Sunday Post
Yeah I have definitely been seeing quite a few ppl being super tired lately. I think we are all feeling the strain of winter energy. Hope you have a better week and get some good books read.
Conferences and meeting with peers can give you such a boost!
Conferences are fun, and seattle would be a neat place to attend.
