I am in LOVE with the Bernie memes.

Why is it 4 day weeks feel longer than normal weeks? This past week just felt long.

I finished my binge of Doctor Who. 9 and 10 and Rose are still my favorites. I also still adore Doctor Donna! Donna is just great. Clara isn’t a favorite and neither is 11. Then I decided to watch The Office extras on Peacock. Oh my gosh, at one point Kelly, Erin, and Ryan were making music videos and it was HILARIOUS! Then I started a new show on Oxygen called Florida Man Murders. It’s pretty good for true crime fans!

I have been blazing through the In Death books by JD Robb. I am totally sucked into the series! I’ve been listening to the audiobooks on my commute.

I was relieved that the inauguration proceeded without a hitch. I didn’t want to see another riot at the capitol! The images were just scary.

So, whats new with you this week? Did you read any of the same books I did? Did you find any great book deals I need to grab ASAP? Let me know in the comments!

  1. I was happy to see the inauguration, the Amanda Gorman poem and the hilarious Bernie memes. I’m up to date on the In Death series and it’s not surprise you are bingeing; they are amazing reads. I’m also glad to see you got some Ilona Andrews audios. I did also. I’ve read them but it’s been awhile so I’m happy to refresh the series in my mind with this favorite author. I hope this is a great week for you!

  2. Himself loves the J.D. Robb series and says they are highly addictive:)). I’m glad you are enjoying them, Samantha – I need to check them out:). In the meantime,I hope the coming week is a good one for you:)

  3. The Bernie Memes are cracking me up, too! I’m happy that’s he’s been such a good sport about it and even promoting it for charity with sweatshirts.

Did they re-release The Edge series by audio? I read *listened* to it a few years back and loved it, but I’ve been seeing it around in ARC hauls. Hope you enjoy them as much as I did!

  4. I don’t think I have watched Doctor Who is forever, like many doctors ago. Ooh, you have the new Denault. I love her books. Hope it and all the others are fabulous.

  5. The bernie memes are HILARIOUS, you just gotta laugh during these rough times.

I have found such fun in reading those In Death books, I need to get back to that series but its pretty daunting to read at the same time. LOL

I am happy to see the inaugeration go smoothly as it should no matter who is president, but any riot the ones in DC and the ones this past summer just turned my stomach. Violence is never necessary in proving a point.
