I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving if you celebrate. My mom made me gluten free stuffing and gluten free pumpkin pie, so I was living large. She sent me home with a whole pie just for me. That’s love right there. She also made gluten free brownies and lots of left over turkey and ham.
My husband and I have been enjoying the time off work by doing nothing. It’s been really great. We have settled in the living room with blankets and all the dogs and much on leftovers.
I did do some black Friday shopping from home. I got an eternal monitor for my office, new bath towels, new blankets, and a few other random things that were on sale.
So, whats new with you this week? Did you read any of the same books I did? Did you find any great book deals I need to grab ASAP? Let me know in the comments!
I do miss my mom doing Thanksgiving so I get leftovers! Lol Although my stepmom did send me home with some from her house. I’m reading the new Meghan Quinn right now and enjoying it! Hope you have a good week!
I’m so glad you were able to relax this week. I was the maker of the gluten free at our house. Robin reviewed Consort of Fire and will also be reviewing Road Queens but the audio versions.

Sounds like mom needs to start a GF side hustle. Just kidding, it is very sweet of her to do that. I think I had a “gobbler” type sandwich (taco) every day since Thursday. Yummy leftovers. I did some online shopping too, but it was all for me. Enjoy all your new purchases!
I am glad you had such a relaxing time Samantha!
So nice to have someone else cook dinner! Happy to hear you had a nice Thanksgiving!
Sounds nice! It’s nice to be able to just do nothing sometimes.
