Happy Tuesday!! This week’s Top Ten Tuesday topic is 10 books I bought because… So, I bring you 10 (okay, 5) books I bought because of #Bookstagram!
Thirteen by Steve Cavanagh: Seriously, BEST bookstagram made me do it purchase ever.
Turn of the Key by Ruth Ware: This was another amazing recommendation that has made me a fan of Ware!
Cold Hearted Rake by Lisa Kleypas: For a long time, I was just not into historical romance. That changed quickly after devouring Cold Hearted Rake thanks to some bookstabesties!
A Study in Scarlet Women by Sherry Thomas: I was intrigued by the premise and gobbled up the series!
The Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard: So I borrowed the audio from my library a while ago and couldn’t get into it. Bookstagram made me want to give it a second chance. I haven’t read it yet, but I own it!

Isn’t it great when bookstagram works out for the best and helps you discover some awesome reads? Sometimes I find all bookstagram does it give me shelf envy (mine will never be organised) and some serious envy of folks photography skills. I must say you discovered a couple of good ones. I love that Sherry Thomas series 9still need to read the latest book, though) and anything Lisa Kleypas sounds good to me, she always writes brilliant books.
I actually really loved Red Queen, but then the author took the series to a place that I just wasn’t interested in. I struggled through the second book, and decided to abandon the series. Maybe you’ll enjoy it more than me
I see so many raves for Ruth Ware. I hardly ever go the mystery/thriller route but next time I’m in the mood I definitely want to try something by her.
