Books to binge read this summer

It’s officially summer in my world-a teacher- so that means books! I wanted to make a list of books in various categories that you might not have heard about that should be on your TBR that you can binge!

Contemporary Romance

The Strongest Steel by Scarlett Cole is one of my favorite books of all time. The heroine is scarred (physically and emotionally) and the hero is supportive without being overbearing. This book will give you so many feels. The series is all good, so binge away (4 books)

Romantic Suspense

The Wicked Ways duet by K. Bromberg is one of her lesser known books but it is stellar. There is plenty of danger to keep you on your toes, and the romance is scorching! It’s a duet you will be thrilled you don’t have to wait because that cliffhanger and the end of book 1 is brutal!

Beautiful Killer by Sherilee Gray gave me all the Kristen Ashley vibes without the douchebag hero (sometimes, I really hate her heroes)! This story is emotional so if you prefer deep emotions with your suspense, it is a great pick. This is part of a series as well, but you can read it as a stand alone if you wanted!

Historical Romance

Ok, I have been raving about A Lady’s Formula for Love by Elizabeth Everett since February and I want everyone to read it! Female scientists in Victorian London and the hot men who support them!! YES!

Paranormal Romance

If you haven’t discovered the Bewitched and Bewildered series by Alana Alder yet, you MUST READ them. They are funny as hell, unique, and have plenty of romance. Fans of the fated mates trope will delight! I have lost count how many books are in the series but it’s more than 10 I think!

Mystery/Thriller

Thirteen by Steve Cavanagh is my go to rec! This book is jaw dropping and I loved it. Seriously, the plot will give you the creeps for sure because this villain is diabolical. This is part of the Eddie Flynn series and I loved all of them but Thirteen was something special.
