Bubbles is book 2 of the Clikbyte series and you have to read NoFear first! NoFear ended on a major cliffhanger, and Bubbles picks up right off!
It took me a hot second to remember everything that happened from book 1, but I didn’t forget how much I loved this series. Noah’s secret is partially out, and the relationship between her and Ace hits a serious iceberg. I was honestly shocked at Ace’s behavior!! It was crazy! But, with her secret being partially exposed, things get steamy. The scene where Minho finds out her secret is the best thing I have read in forever! So, so funny (and real). But, there is still a murderer killing social media stars. It also seems to be mostly female stars. If that danger isn’t enough, Noah’s slimeball ex has restarted his porn account featuring an unwilling/unknowing Noah. Which leads to some more infuriating interactions between Godzilla (Xavier) and Noah. Skye is still the best person, and I loved the developing relationship between Torin and Noah. I’m also totally in love with Z!!
This series is everything I expect from Tate James-steamy, funny, dangerous, and intriguing! Bubbles is a must read and now I am dying for book 3. Seriously, I’m dying over here!
