Another week of nothin’. I am struggling!
Who knows? Maybe some past due reviews? Maybe nothing!
One more week and then it’s Christmas break! Woohoo!! I think I have a sinus infection or something. My nose is all stuffy, I have phlegm, and my face hurts. But only one more week. I can make it.
I’m trying to wrap up a million things before the holiday break, but if you have ever been in schools the week before winter break, you know that this upcoming week is going to be bananas. Crazy schedules, unstructured activities, and candy. It is a recipe for chaos and I work with kiddos that do not do well in chaos. Hopefully I can get some work done this week!
It was a pretty normal week. Nothing major. Work, home, repeat! We had one near doggy escape, but thankfully it was thwarted. I’m binging Law and Order SVU from the beginning. I’m surprised at home many of these early episodes I remember.
I’m ridiculously excited I got the new JD Robb arc. Seriously, those books are my favorites!!! I really love the audios though, so I will read it, then once it releases grab the audio and re-listen!
So, whats new with you this week? Did you read any of the same books I did? Did you find any great book deals I need to grab ASAP? Let me know in the comments!
I hope you’ll get rid of that infection to enjoy your holiday! And your saying this week fits my life perfectly!
Yep! You are so right about the last weeks at school before break. And I hate that I’m watching my friend’s dog. It’s like all the sleep and rest I got caught up on over Thanksgiving break is gone. Oh well. I hope your last week is smooth and enjoy your break. We go till the 20th.
Hopefully you will get all better and have a healthy relaxed holiday break!
I hope you don’t have a sinus infection. They kind of suck, but yeah for one more week. I remember all the chaos around the holidays. At least you’re not in the classroom? Hope you love you new JD Robb ARC, too
One more week! Hopefully not too chaotic! 🙂
Such a busy time of year for everyone, but I think it’s worst for people who work in schools, sometimes! I don’t, but some of my friends do, and there’s so much happening and they always seem to get sick. You’re nearly there!
I also can’t wait for the break to start. Hope your stuffy nose and everything clears up before then. You have a lot of great books lined up.
