Night Witch is a continuation of Spellcaster, so you need to make sure to read that first. It was one of my 5 star reads from last year, so I highly recommend it.

So, we jump right in-Paisley’s magic is illegal and it will mean death to her and likely her family if anyone finds out. The biggest threat is her mate’s father, Rafael. Logan and Paisley totally lean in to their bond and I loved it! The enemies to lovers vibe of book 1 is gone and now its totally devoted, burn the world down for you vibes. It helps that Logan is probably the most powerful spellcaster and maybe the only person who could stop his father. Overall, Night Witch was just as amazing as Spellcaster and I think the world Jaymin Eve created is amazing. Also, the audio is perfect! The book is told in first person from Paisley’s POV, but the audio is duet. The male narrator does amazing accents and switches between them flawlessly.

This might be the end of the duet, but I wish there were more books in the world. I want to know how everyone ends up!!
