The Last Guy on Earth is a second chance hockey romance that is very swoony! Poor Jethro is nearing retirement from pro hockey when he gets traded. And his new coach? His former flame from 15 years ago.
Jethro and Clay lost 15 years together!! I hated that for them! This brings some sadness to the book, but there is plenty of heat, happiness, and humor to lighten it up. I really loved these two though. Their life is messy at this point and that just made it more relatable! But, through it all, it is easy to see they are perfect for each other. If you love a hockey romance with a coach/player, second chance, secret romance, you need to read The Last Guy on Earth. This is the final book in the series, but you can read it as a standalone for sure!
