Scandalous Prince is the heartbreaking story of Breaker and Violet. Breaker is the adopted son of Tex Campisi and Violet is the perfect daughter of Chase Abandonato. Their love was forbidden from the start. Breaker was assigned to be her bodyguard. Then, he failed.
Their story is full of heartbreak so prepare yourself. While I figured out the mystery right away, it didn’t detract from my enjoyment of the story. Perhaps it wasn’t meant to be a mystery? It was so obvious to me but the way the story is structured makes it feel like a big secret that builds. Either way, it’s a great story. Breaker and Violet and Valerian have a chest full of mafia secrets and danger at every turn and this Scandalous Prince will send a tidal wave through the mafia.
Readers of the original series will continue to delight in seeing the OG mafia as parents and new readers of Scandalous Prince will be able to jump in with this second generation. There is plenty of heartache, shooting, and sex to keep you happy!
