YOLO is the final Carter brother’s book and I was excited and sad. This has been a wonderful series and I didn’t want it to end. But, I feel like we have been waiting forever for Garrett’s story! We were introduced to him before the Carter Brothers Series even began.
This story doesn’t quite have the level of balls to the wall danger some of the previous ones did. At this point, the gang banger who was after Garrett has been dealt with. But, the story doesn’t lack for drama. The book starts in the past and you get to see the initial meetings between Garrett and Bindi. Her story is heartbreaking and her ex is a clear example of a villain. I really liked seeing Garrett and Bindi grow as characters. Bindi is learning to live with her new disability, Garrett is learning how to live now that he isn’t being hunted down. Overall, the story was a wonderful and it was a beautiful end to the series.
